The Free World: New Linux User Resources

by Jon on June 20th, 2006

There are a couple of new resources for beginner Linux users that I thought might be fun to post about. The first is the Linux Newbie blog on Linux World Net (disclosure: Linux World Net is my blog network). Ken Brown writes of his trials and tribulations with Linux and it’s really a good read. Ken’s not your typical Linux newbie in that he messes around with things like web servers and all in one printers.

Second, my very own Kelly Penguin Girl has wiped Windows from her laptop and is currently running Ubuntu Linux. She’s created a category on her blog complete with interviews from yours truly to detail how she’s going about it. Good stuff.
