Sabayon linux

I like to change linux distros now and again, and this time the wheel has landed on Sabayon linux. It based on gentoo but includes al sorts of drivers and extra goodies.

Most notably it comes with XGL out of the box, if that is your desire, and from that it only follows that it contains the proprietry nvidia/ati drivers, so you can have full 3d accelleration out of the box as well.

You can grab a super dvd, which contains everything, including a Quake 4 and Cold War game demo, KDE, enlightenment, GNOME and fluxbox.

So if you want to get into gentoo without alot of hassle then Sabayon is the way to go.
