Linux distro poll results as of October 20, 2007

Here are the results of the Linux distro poll as of this moment:

I haven’t heard of UHU Linux until this poll. It’s a distro specifically for Hungarian users. I checked out the site and I couldn’t understand a thing. Anyhow, it’s great to see this kind of project. It makes me hope for a better localization project in the Philippines as well. It’s encouraging to see a project like this. They’ve apparently been releasing the distro since 2003.

Pardus is another interesting Linux distro. The people behind the project even made their own package manager, PiSi. Sounds like an interesting project. Must read up on it some more.

This poll has been interesting. Some distros here I’ve expected to be added but distros like Pardus and UHU make it a whole lot more interesting.
