Add screen actions with Brightside

Brightside is a little known package that allows you to launch custom commands when you put your mouse into various parts of the screen. This may be a little difficult to understand, but the screenshot shown below should help clarify quite a bit. Brightside is widely available in most repositories (apt-get install brightside) but if can’t find it, you can download the package from Softpedia.
